How does this work? How do you get the ashes?

After your order is placed, you will be emailed instructions on how to send the inclusions of your choice to us. We need only the smallest amount and we mail back whatever we don't use along with your order.

How much ash do you need?

We only need about 1 Tablespoon of ash. Anything that is not used, we ship back to you along with your final piece.

Do you make jewelry for pets too?

Absolutely! Furry friends become a part of our families. The process is the same. If you have any fur that you would like to include as well, we are happy to add that into your piece as well.

What if I want something I don't see on your site? Can you make other jewelry?

We are more than happy to accommodate each individual's wishes. Please email or message us a photo of what you have in mind and we will do our best to see if we are able to do that for you. Simple answer, YES! We can make most requests.
